We contribute to progress a high quality Japanese cuisine with chefs in the United Sates. Also we contribute to educate a healthy life by using Japanese ingredient for the people.
All the profit through the event that donates to JCCA-AMERICA. We raise funds to execute the projects, such as the seminars teach how to use Japanese ingredients for the cooking, introducing Japanese cuisine for the students in the school and many more.
